PAID ADVERTISING

Paid advertising should create a path to action — not just traffic.

Bijjou Ads helps businesses plan, structure, launch, and improve paid campaigns around clear objectives, relevant audiences, stronger messaging, and measurable actions.

We treat media buying as part of a wider system that includes the offer, creative, landing experience, tracking, and the quality of the outcome.

Advertising spend is paid separately to the advertising platform and is not included in Bijjou Ads service fees.

WHEN IT MAKES SENSE

The question is not simply, “Should we run ads?” It is what paid media needs to accomplish.

Paid advertising becomes more useful when the business objective is clear and the campaign has a defined role inside the wider customer journey.

01

Build qualified demand

Reach relevant audiences and create a clearer path toward inquiries, purchases, bookings, or another meaningful business action.

02

Improve existing campaigns

Review campaigns that are already running and identify where structure, targeting, messaging, creative, or measurement can improve.

03

Support an offer or launch

Build paid distribution around a product, service, promotion, launch, or business initiative that needs focused attention.

04

Create a clearer acquisition system

Connect the audience, offer, campaign, creative, landing experience, and measurement around one direction.

WHAT WE CAN SUPPORT

From campaign direction to ongoing improvement.

The exact scope depends on the business, the objective, the existing marketing setup, and what is agreed before the engagement begins.

01

Campaign Strategy

Define the purpose of the campaign, the desired action, priorities, and how paid advertising fits into the wider marketing system.

02

Audience & Market Research

Understand who the campaign needs to reach, the context around the offer, and the signals that can inform targeting and messaging.

03

Campaign Setup & Structure

Organize campaigns around clear objectives, audience logic, creative testing, and a structure that can be evaluated properly.

04

Creative & Messaging Direction

Connect the offer with messaging and creative direction designed to communicate clearly to the relevant audience.

05

Measurement & Tracking Review

Review whether the campaign has the information required to evaluate meaningful actions and make better decisions.

06

Optimization & Iteration

Use campaign signals to identify what deserves adjustment, further testing, more investment, or less attention.

THE CAMPAIGN SYSTEM

A paid campaign is only as strong as the system around it.

01 Business Goal

What needs to happen?

02 Audience

Who needs to care?

03 Offer

Why should they act?

04 Message & Creative

How is the value communicated?

05 Landing Experience

What happens after the click?

06 Measurement

What signals matter?

07 Optimization

What should change next?

MEASUREMENT

We measure what matters to the objective.

There is no single metric that defines every campaign. The useful metrics depend on what the campaign is designed to achieve and on the quality of the available data.

01

Exposure & Traffic

Reach, impressions, click-through rate, cost per click, and other delivery signals can help explain how audiences are responding to the campaign.

02

Conversion Behavior

Leads, purchases, inquiries, bookings, conversion rate, or other actions can be used when they match the campaign objective and can be measured reliably.

03

Efficiency

Cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return-based metrics such as ROAS can be useful when attribution and revenue data support them.

04

Outcome Quality

A low-cost lead is not automatically a good lead. Where possible, campaign decisions should consider the quality of the resulting business outcome.

WHAT AFFECTS PERFORMANCE

The ad account is not the whole business.

Campaign performance is influenced by factors both inside and outside the advertising platform.

01

Offer strength & pricing

02

Creative & messaging

03

Landing page experience

04

Tracking & data quality

05

Sales process & follow-up

06

Competition & market conditions

07

Budget & available learning time

08

Customer behavior

RESPONSIBLE EXPECTATIONS

Responsible advertising does not start with a guaranteed number.

No responsible agency can guarantee a fixed ROAS, number of leads, conversion rate, revenue level, or profitability before the market and campaign produce real information.

Advertising results are affected by the offer, market, competition, customer behavior, budget, creative, website experience, tracking, and other business variables.

Our role is to bring stronger strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization to the factors we can responsibly influence.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT WORKS

From the business problem to a campaign we can evaluate.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Understand the business objective, offer, audience, current marketing, available data, and existing campaign environment.

  2. 02

    Structure

Define campaign direction, audience logic, messaging, measurement priorities, and the scope of execution.

  3. 03

    Launch

Build and activate the agreed campaign setup with the necessary creative, destinations, and measurement foundations.

  4. 04

    Improve

Review campaign signals, test where appropriate, and refine decisions as useful information becomes available.

PAID ADVERTISING FAQ

Common questions before getting started.

Can you work with an existing advertising account?

Yes. An engagement can begin with a review of an existing setup before deciding what should be retained, changed, rebuilt, or tested.

Is advertising spend included in your service fee?

No. Bijjou Ads service fees and advertising media spend are separate. Media spend is paid to the relevant advertising platform.

Which advertising platform should my business use?

Platform selection should follow the audience, objective, offer, customer journey, available data, and budget. We do not recommend a channel simply because it is popular.

Do you also create the advertising creative?

Creative strategy, messaging, and content support can be included where appropriate. The exact creative deliverables are defined in the project scope before paid work begins.

How much advertising budget do I need?

There is no universal budget that fits every business. A useful budget depends on the market, objective, audience, economics of the offer, and the amount of testing required.

How quickly should I expect results?

The timeline varies by campaign, market, objective, data quality, budget, and customer journey. Initial campaign data can arrive quickly, but useful optimization normally requires enough information to make responsible decisions.

Can you guarantee ROAS, leads, or sales?

No. Those outcomes depend on multiple variables that no agency fully controls. We focus on strategy, execution, measurement, testing, and optimization rather than guaranteed performance claims.

Can paid advertising be a one-time project?

Depending on the objective, support can be structured around a defined project, a launch, campaign setup, strategic review, or an ongoing optimization engagement. The scope is agreed before work begins.
